SUNSET HAPPY HOUR
Everyone will arrive and settle into their rooms, take necessary naps by the pool, and generally get acclimatized, before we host a welcome sunset happy hour on the beach with delicious appetizers and fancy margaritas. Please plan to arrive no later than 4pm so you can join us and meet the crew.
Afterwards, enjoy dinner at the hotel at their award-winning restaurant, or explore nearby Todos Santos at your leisure.
Note: We’ll be covering drinks and snacks at the Sunset Happy Hour. Please plan to cover any additional food or drinks your heart desires after the event.
FRIDAY NOV. 5th
Pool Party & Tacos +
Amigos & Familia Dinner
Wake up relaxed and ready for another stunning, sunny day in Mexico. Grab a latte at the bar, take a stroll on the beach or have a lie-in to prepare for the best pool party of your life. We’ll be hosting our annual “What the Float“—aptly renamed to the “What the fiancé”—pool party in the early afternoon, complete with fancy pool floats. We’ll also be serving locally farmed and freshly caught tacos, so come hungry!
After showers (and maybe more naps) we’ll be having a sit down family style dinner together that night to toast to life-long friends, before saying “I do” to life-long love.
Note: We’ll be providing lunch and dinner for all guests. Please plan to cover whatever breakfast, drinks and additional snacks you might want to enjoy on this day.
Saturday NOV. 6th
Wedding CElebration
Saturday is the day we’ve been dreaming of! We suggest anyone who’s feeling adventurous take a trip into Todos Santos for brunch at Tequila Sunrise, or work on those tan lines by the pool. You’ll have most of the day to do as you please.
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm at La Capilla—the chapel on the hotel property. Dress to impress in your hippest cocktail attire.
After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour by the beach to watch the sunset, a magical reception dinner with five impeccable courses, followed by a private concert under the stars with Nicki Bluhm, Scott Law and Ross James. Swoon.
Get ready for a spectacular night with stellar people, stunning views and so much love. We’re over the moon excited to share this special day with you all.
SUNDAY NOV. 7TH
ADIOs
There are no events planned for Sunday, so rest up, explore or say farewell to new friends. We’re off to Cabo on Monday, and will be hanging by the pool all day on Sunday if you want to relax with us!
